Paint Cleaner Strong is an innovative paint cleaner designed for both professionals and DIY users – ideal for removing stains on various surfaces (tiles, walls, tools, etc.). The brand is relatively new and actively present on TikTok under @paint.cleaner.strong.
Challenge
- Low awareness among end-users and craftsmen in Serbia and the region.
- A need for greater visibility and engagement via digital channels.
- Focus: to ensure that as many people as possible hear about the product and recognize it as a cleaning solution
Our Approach
We combined organic content, paid campaigns across three platforms:
📱 TikTok
- Created engaging videos demonstrating the product (“before and after”) using catchy sounds
- Posts and Reels showcasing visual results – with real-life examples.
- Paid targeting: users aged 18–45 in Serbia and the region, interested in DIY and home improvement.
- Conditional and dynamic ads with short videos and a call to action: “Learn More”.
- Audience: 25–55 years old, home improvement enthusiasts, craftsmen.
- Retargeting: users who watched Instagram videos/visited web site – offering discounts or more info.
Solutions / Tactics
- Developed video formats: user demos, creative Reels, testimonials.
- 4 cycles (TikTok + Instagram + Facebook) – one per week, with A/B testing of visuals and CTAs.
- Created a consistent visual identity – logo, hashtags (#PaintCleanerStrong #CleanMagic).
- Landing page with product details, usage instructions, and order CTA.
Results
- Total reach + impressions (all 3 channels): ~2.25 million
- +30% increase in landing page visits compared to pre-campaign period
- Retail inquiries from local paint shops and resellers increased by 40%
