Paint Cleaner Strong

Paint Cleaner Strong is an innovative paint cleaner designed for both professionals and DIY users – ideal for removing stains on various surfaces (tiles, walls, tools, etc.). The brand is relatively new and actively present on TikTok under @paint.cleaner.strong.

Challenge

  • Low awareness among end-users and craftsmen in Serbia and the region.
  • A need for greater visibility and engagement via digital channels.
  • Focus: to ensure that as many people as possible hear about the product and recognize it as a cleaning solution

Our Approach

We combined organic content, paid campaigns  across three platforms:

📱 TikTok

  • Created engaging videos demonstrating the product (“before and after”) using catchy sounds

📸 Instagram

  • Posts and Reels showcasing visual results – with real-life examples.
  • Paid targeting: users aged 18–45 in Serbia and the region, interested in DIY and home improvement.

👍 Facebook

  • Conditional and dynamic ads with short videos and a call to action: “Learn More”.
  • Audience: 25–55 years old, home improvement enthusiasts, craftsmen.
  • Retargeting: users who watched Instagram videos/visited web site – offering discounts or more info.

Solutions / Tactics

  • Developed  video formats: user demos, creative Reels, testimonials.
  • 4 cycles (TikTok + Instagram + Facebook) – one per week, with A/B testing of visuals and CTAs.
  • Created a consistent visual identity – logo, hashtags (#PaintCleanerStrong #CleanMagic).
  • Landing page with product details, usage instructions, and order CTA.

Results

  • Total reach + impressions (all 3 channels): ~2.25 million
  • +30% increase in landing page visits compared to pre-campaign period
  • Retail inquiries from local paint shops and resellers increased by 40%
